What to Expect During a QHHT Session
A typical QHHT session unfolds in several steps to ensure you feel comfortable and receive the insights and healing you’re seeking:
1. Consultation
We begin with a conversation to get to know you—your life story, your concerns, and your goals for the session. Together, we’ll refine the questions you want answered and set clear intentions for the session.
This step is crucial as it helps both of us prepare for the journey ahead. The consultation typically takes about 1.5 to 2.5 hours.
2. Short Break
After the consultation, you’ll have a short break to use the restroom, stretch, and relax before entering the hypnotic state. This helps you feel more comfortable and ready for a deeper experience.
3. Hypnosis
The hypnosis phase involves several steps to guide you into a deeply relaxed state, much like the moments right before falling asleep.
Entering the Hypnotic State: As your conscious mind relaxes, your subconscious becomes more accessible. This is the part of you that holds memories, wisdom, and answers beyond your usual awareness. You won’t “lose consciousness”; rather, you’ll remain aware and engaged, often describing it as a state of heightened clarity. In rare cases, some clients don’t consciously remember the session afterward, but healing and insights still occur.
Exploring Past or Current Lives: Once in this relaxed state, you’ll be gently guided to scenes that hold the key to your current challenges. These could be from your current life or past lives, depending on what’s most helpful for you.
Connecting with Your Subconscious: The session includes a dialogue with your subconscious—or Higher Self—to gain insights and answers to your questions.
Healing: Many clients experience profound healing during the session. This might involve releasing emotional blocks, understanding karmic connections, or even physical relief.
This phase of the session generally lasts 1.5 to 2 hours.
4. Debrief and Integration
After hypnosis, we’ll sit down to review your session. You’ll have the chance to share what you experienced, ask questions, and connect the insights from the session to your life. This discussion helps solidify your understanding and supports your ongoing growth and transformation.
