Preparing for your QHHT session allows you to make the most out of your experience.
Here are some helpful steps to prepare:
What do you hope to gain?
Do you have specific questions, issues, or aspects of your life that you wish to explore or receive guidance on?
Write down your life questions and what you hope to achieve, and bring them to the session. This will help you remember and effectively communicate them during the session. Also, approach the session with an open mind, trust in the process, and a willingness to receive insights and healing.
Clarifying your intention will help focus the session and provide direction toward what you wish to achieve.Relax and maintain an open mind:
Find ways to calm your mind and relax before the session.
Engage in activities that help you de-stress, such as meditation, light exercise, spending time in nature, or enjoying a hobby. Cultivate curiosity about the process and stay open-minded.
Remember, the more relaxed and receptive you are, the easier it will be to enter a deep state of relaxation during the session.Hydrate and nourish yourself:
Drink plenty of water before the session begins.
Reflect on your goals for the session and make sure you are well-hydrated.
Also, eat a balanced and nutritious meal beforehand. Avoid heavy or overly stimulating foods that may cause discomfort or sluggishness during the session.On the day of the session:
Eat enough food, but avoid alcohol, caffeine, and drugs that could interfere with the session. Dress comfortably. Choose loose, comfortable clothing so you feel physically at ease. You may also bring a light snack if desired.The session is for the client only:
No one else will be allowed to join the session.When you arrive for your session, we will begin by relaxing and getting to know more about your life. We will review your list of questions and make any necessary adjustments. Then, you will be ready to lie down comfortably on the bed and enter a deep state of relaxation.
